Refund policy

Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery.

Buyer’s Remorse (Wrong Size/Color/Change of Mind): As items are custom-printed upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind.

Photo Evidence: To process a return, a clear photo of the issue is required.

Returns Policy Limitation: Returns are not sent back to Printify, but handled directly through T Island Shop.
