Return Policy

Damaged/Defective Items: If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, T Island will provide a free replacement or refund.

30-Day Window: Issues must be reported within 30 days of the product being delivered.

No Return Required: Generally, damaged items do not need to be returned.

Photo Evidence: A clear photo or video demonstrating the issue is required.

Not Covered: Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, wrong size/color selection, or personalized items.

Wrong Address/Lost Items: If an invalid address is provided or an item is lost, a refund for the product price only may be issued.
